Villa Mot Mot has two floors that both have separate entrances. It is a two story detached Villa that feels like a tree house. The units can be rented separately or together.
The Villa is visited daily by three kinds of monkeys, birds (that include Toucans, Mot Mot birds and hummingbirds), Coatis, Iguanas, sloth and too many species to list.
Upstairs Deluxe Apartment
The top floor is teak wood and has one bedroom with two queen beds. There is also a pull out trundle style day bed in the living room.
There is a fully equipped kitchen and large wrap around deck that looks out onto the ocean. The veranda is covered for outside dining
and seating including a relaxing hammock.
Downtstairs retreat for one or two

Tulemar's infinity swimming pool is the perfect place to enjoy a moment of refreshment under the tropical sun.
The view from the pool overlooks the pacific ocean and the coastline, and the pool has been constructed with a
trickle down edge that gives the illusion that the pool's water falls into the Pacific Ocean.
The view of the daily sunset from the pool area is indisputably one of the best in the area. Monkeys and sloth's
are often seen in this area as they forage through the trees by the edge of the pool. TuleCafé serves food and beverage
to the swimming pool area from six thirty in the morning until ten o'clock at night.
